Details of Our Return Policy

  • Accepted Returns
    We accept returns for both defective and non-defective plants.
  • Product Condition
    Returns are accepted for plants that are new or slightly used (planted and cared for).
  • Return Window
    Lifetime. You may request a replacement at any time, regardless of when you purchased your plant.
  • Return Method
    By mail. However, you are not required to ship your plant back. You may keep it or dispose of it as you wish.
  • Return Label
    A free, downloadable, and printable return label will be provided if a return is needed.
  • Restocking Fees
    None. There are no costs, fees, or hidden charges associated with returns.
  • Refund or Replacement
    • Replacement: We will ship you a new plant of the same species (or closest available substitute if the original is unavailable).
    • Refund (Optional): If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process your refund within 3 business days of your request.
